KEY CHALLENGE:

Crown Agents is a reliable partner of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and provides public procurement of medicines and medical devices for the state budget of Ukraine for 2015-2016-2017-2018 years.
Reforms implementation and Crown Agents’ activities in general are constantly confronted by the publics that do not accept social changes, as well as by fake information attacks in the public space of Ukraine.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Long-term reputation management program has been developed and implemented
• Established reputation management system, control and management of information space around Crown Agents in Ukraine
• Permanent communication campaign highlighting the public procurement process

KEY CHALLENGE:

Crown Agents has been operating in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan) for more than 20 years. During this period, more than 126 projects with international partners were implemented, but still the public has a low level of awareness about the company's activities and its positive impact on the development of regions.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Long-term reputation management program has been developed and implemented in the Central Asian region.
• A system of media relations has been built.
• First and Second International Open Conferences in Kyrgyzstan (2017, 2018) and Panel Session “Frontier Technologies with Crown Agents” within the Seventh Central Asian Trade Forum have been conducted in Kazakhstan (2017)

KEY CHALLENGE:

High mortality rate in Ukraine due to cardiovascular diseases, especially acute myocardial infarction. Among the reasons for the negative trend are the lack of knowledge about the possibility of receiving free assistance (stenting) in emergency cases with myocardial infarction, distrust of doctors and medical care, lack of knowledge of symptoms of myocardial infarction, delayed treatment with medical aid.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Implementation of the nation-wide social communication campaign Saving hearts of Ukraine
• Official support of the program: Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine
• Sectoral support of the program: Association of cardiologists of Ukraine, Association of Cardiology Surgeons of Ukraine
• 7 support partners and donors
• Video in rotation on UA: First

• 500 billboards in all regions of Ukraine

KEY CHALLENGE:

Motorola Solutions has faced false negative publications (August 2016). The main reason for this was the complete absence of systemic communication with the media. As a first stage of building media relations, it was important to hold a public event on an urgent topic and to invite journalists from leading media.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Growing interest of leading media: 11 publications in online and print media and 4 media requests for writing new materials
• 100% of the company's key messages were reported through the media
• The total potential number of readers of the media: 48 320
• The total potential number of views on Facebook: 15 350

KEY CHALLENGE:

Reach awareness of the innovative kindergarten and, in the shortest possible time, ensure the fulfilment of the group in 2017, as well as activate the queue for 2018

• Open Day for media and bloggers organized and held
• Top-blogger posts on Facebook and Instagram with a total reach of 16,870 users
• 13 publications in the media
• The group in the kindergarten was fulfilled
